Low, mat-forming thyme splashed with rose flowers in July. Has a pungent aroma. This variety is ideal for rock gardens, walkways, or between flagstones, as well as a groundcover as it can withstand light foot traffic. Plant in sandy, well-drained soil in full sun. Thyme is typically low-maintenance but sensitive to over watering, as it is susceptible to fungal diseases and root rot.
