“All flourishing is mutual.” - Robin Wall Kimmerer

A central concept in permaculture is the guild—a collection of plants that surround a fruit tree, with each plant fulfilling a unique role that contributes to the overall health and well-being of the whole. In this way, nature teaches us that thriving ecosystems are composed of diverse parts that are interconnected in a web of mutually beneficial relationships.

We take guidance from nature, firmly believing that collaboration—not competition—is how we will all thrive. We seek to develop reciprocally beneficial partnerships with others in our community to support, uplift, and enhance one another’s work that strengthens us all.

We see our investors, our partners and co-creators, our community members, Mother Earth, and our beneficiaries as all being part of our guild. Collectively we are so much more than we are individually.

We deeply appreciate our current partners and welcome new relationships in our collective work to be good stewards of the earth and regenerate our local ecosystems.
