Cooking from the Garden - 9/16/2025
6 - 8 pm It's that's time of the year, when the goods from your garden come in fast and furious. Do you wonder how to use up all that produce in the moment? Sure, you can preserve some of it, but what about on-the-fly planning so you can enjoy all those delicious options when they’re at their freshest? Resilient Roots board member and former chef Gisele Gauthier will take a walk through the Resilient Roots demonstration garden and bring what she finds into the Fuller Farm barn, where we will work together to create a yummy meal, using what we have. We'll cook and eat together while Gisele helps us understand the fundamentals that make it easier to cook spontaneously. Bring an apron, your favorite knife, and a cutting board if you have them. Also please bring along your own (nonalcoholic) beverage.
