Winter Sowing - 2/15/25

$20.00

2 - 3 pm Get a jump on spring by sowing some seeds outdoors in containers now. Winter sowing is perfect for those who have limited space for starting seeds indoors and for those who prefer a low-maintenance, time-saving approach. This process is also cheaper than indoor sowing, as you don't have to invest in any special equipment like lights or heating mats. We'll cover the types of plants that do well sown outdoors in winter and walk you through the process. You'll plant seeds in a couple of containers to take home and leave with the knowledge you need to plant more on your own.

This workshop takes place indoors at the West Barnstable Community Building, 2377 Meetinghouse Way (Route 149), West Barnstable.
