Making Jam - 7/20/24

9- 11:30 am Are you swimming in berries in mid-summer or wish you could be? Come to this workshop at Cape Cod Community College to learn how to turn your berry harvest into jam. Kim Concra from the Barnstable County Extension Service will teach us how to safely preserve our fruit (or even some veggies, like onions and garlic, that can be made into jam). She will show us the procedures and the pitfalls, right from harvest through making your preserves.
