Herbs from the Garden: Cooking with Gisele - 9/26/24

$45.00

5:30 - 8:30 pm Be inspired to use fresh herbs in your cooking as former chef Gisele Gauthier shows us how to create all kinds of tasty dishes featuring these garden treasures. She’ll start by talking with us about the nature of herbs: hard versus soft, the best ways to clean and store them fresh, and options for using them dry. Then she’ll demonstrate several recipes, showing us how to use herbs in an appetizer, soup, main dish, and dessert.

A full herb-filled meal is included in this workshop, as we all sit down together to enjoy the delicious creations.

This workshop takes place in Brewster, and we’ll email you the address before the event.
