We are happy to welcome back Russ Cohen to Fuller Farm. He will be bringing wild edible plants to us that he has propagated and we will be planting them in the appropriate habitats at Fuller Farm. We will learn the details about each plant: what conditions it likes, its life cycle, when is the right time to harvest, how it tastes and Russ’ favorite way to process and eat the various native edibles. As we move around the farm and Russ will be pointing out the other native edibles that are currently growing there and imparting wisdom about their foraging potential.
The group will move around the farm and stop to plant as we go.
We have a sliding-scale fee system. The cost for us to bring you the workshop is $35. If you feel you can help out another person to come, you can choose to pay $45. If you can't afford the full cost, you are welcome to pay $25.
